Who we are looking for
✓ Enumerators based in any of Tanzania's 31 regions (mainland or Zanzibar)
✓ Experience in quantitative or qualitative data collection
✓ Familiarity with KoBo Toolbox, ODK, SurveyCTO or CommCare
✓ Fluent in Swahili; working English an advantage
✓ Willing to travel for fieldwork
✓ Attention to detail and respectful conduct in communities

MELAB is building a roster of experienced national evaluation consultants across East and Southern Africa to coordinate, lead, and contribute to evaluations for donors, UN agencies, INGOs, and governments.
Geographic Scope
We are recruiting nationals of, or long-term residents in:

Who we are looking for
✓ Senior and mid-level evaluators (5+ years)
✓ Master's degree minimum; PhD an asset
✓ Strong command of OECD-DAC, theory-based approaches, mixed methods, and GEDSI
✓ Track record evaluating donor-funded programmes
✓ Sector depth in health, education, livelihoods, governance, humanitarian, or related
✓ Working English; Swahili/Portuguese/Arabic/French an asset
